At each of our baseball camps we record statistics for each camper age and post the top 2 in each camp below.  In addition we also track the best all-time scores for all of our camps across the years.

To have your name posted on this page is a great accomplishment.  Welcome to the Bigler Hall of Fame.

Tee for one

One of the most effective ways to practice hitting is to use a batting tee and a bag of wiffle balls. Tee it up and start hacking. The sooner you can hit a wiffle ball cleanly off a tee, the sooner you will become a better hitter. When you hit a wiffle ball off a tee correctly, it acts like a knuckleball. You can hear the air going through the ball. When you don't hit it correctly, you create spin on the ball and it goes all over the place. When the ball spins a lot, make adjustments to correct my swing. It's not the most exciting thing, but it is an essential drill to becoming a better hitter.

Bigler - The Name in the Game

At Bigler, you won't find assembly-line drills or a one-size-fits-all approach. You will however find quality instruction from top instructors, low player-coach ratios, a professional setting, and people who truly care about each player's development both on the field and in life.  We provide high-quality, step-by-step instruction on hitting, fielding, catching, and pitching to sharpen skills before the season or to improve specific areas. Because fun is a main focus, our camps are a big hit with kids. They play games, develop new skills, and enjoy the excitement and camaraderie of working as a team to accomplish common goals. From the budding Robin Yount to the brand-new Little Leaguer, every young athlete walks away from a Bigler session with more skill, knowledge and self-confidence.

Bigler Testimonials

We strongly believe that attending a Bigler Baseball or Fastpitch camp or academy can not only help each participant get better at the game but they'll have fun doing it.  Don't believe us?  Read some of our Testimonials from our valued customers.

And if that isn't enough to convince you, hear what Gene Mueller had to say about Bigler Baseball...

Bigler Camps

In any of our camp sessions, each participant gets lots of repetition in a variety of proven, not gimmicky, drills so that each players can get the most value from their practice time.   Our camp session coach-to-player ratio is always set at a maximum of 6-1 and is oftentimes less, giving our campers more time with the coaches at each station.  Many of the best high school and college players from our area also assist our coaches in each group giving the kids a younger role model they can glean advice from.  Campers are split into age and/or skill groups as deemed appropriate so they don't feel intimidated or unchallenged by other campers.  Bigler Camps are perfect for those ball players needing basic skill instruction, repetition, or tune-ups for the upcoming season that lies ahead.  Because fun is a main focus, our camps are a big hit with kids. They play games, develop new skills, and enjoy the excitement and camaraderie of working as a team to accomplish common goals.

Signup is easy through our online registration Camp Calendar.  Confirmation is immediate and the transaction is secure.  You can also send in a check by using our printable camps form however registrations cannot be guaranteed until received.  If you're worried about a session filling up then use our online reservations.

Bigler Academy

In our academy sessions, each participant will get a more focused and regimented off-season training program staffed by coaches that excel at teaching the skills of hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching.

Athletes will work in small groups that allow our coaches to focus even more on the individual's skill needs than at one of our camps.   Bigler Academy classes give ball players the opportunity to take their game to the next level.

Our 4 week classes offer a chance to get that individual attention that the student might not have gotten before.  Our new 6 and 12 week classes have a structure to build each skill at a slower more regimented pace with a lot more repetition to make the newly learned skills permanent.
