Bigler Tips
Behind the plate decide your fate? No way!
Many ballplayers go up to bat with a less than confident attitude and think in a "balls and strikes" manner. They hope that maybe they will draw a walk and/or hope that the plate umpire does not call them out on strikes.
What they should do is go up to the dish with an, "I'm going to hit the ball hard!" attitude and not think about what the plate umpire may or may not think is a good pitch. I tell players that they don't think "balls and strikes" in batting practice so don't think about them when they go up to hit. If the pitch is something that they think they can drive (within reason of course - it's hard to drive something that's over your head), swing at it!
If you're going to be called out, make the base umpire do it. Putting the ball in play forces the defense to make a play and that's what you always want to do - force the defense to execute correctly. Think about how many times you have seen that not happen!

Share with others why with Bigler Baseball, it's a whole new ballgame.
Just a quick note to thank you for the great camp you put recently held at Concordia University in Mequon (All-Round Camp). Our son, Jarred, who is 10, really enjoyed himself and learned some great things as well! I must say, all of your instructors have such a great way with the kids; we will be encouraging others that we know to attend one of your camps.

From personal experience, or should I say from my sons personal experience, these Bigler Baseball Camps are great. Over the years, my son has gone to a number of camps and clinics almost too many to count, and he would come out of each and every session telling me something new he learned. I couldnt get him to shut up (if you know what I mean).

Our fifth grade daughter attended the Christmas Bigler Baseball Camp at Concordia College. I had no idea how far Concordia was from Brookfield (where we live) until I drove her to camp the first day. Now, that being said, after camp, both my daughter, my husband and I feel that the camp was WELL worth every penny spent...every mile driven...every minute it took:)!!!!
The coaches interact and instruct every single camper individually! Our daughter came away from the experience with better skills AND a big smile:) THANK YOU! We will be registering for, at least, 2 spring camps:)!

Jack, thank you very much for giving Artie an opportunity to succeed. As a parent you know how it feels, watching him get ready to "Go to Work." He found it to be not a job, but really enjoyed working as "The Guy on the field to GO TO!" If there are any further opportunities working with Bigler Sports, he would be grateful to hear about them. ALSO, if you are in need of Coaches / Umpires for anything just let me know, I will happily work for you. Talk to you soon buddy.... Thank You!
